I will be going home for Christmas back to England this year, I have not seen my family in quite sometime, so it will be great to spend this Holiday season with them :D

I was working all day today on my Etsy shop. I've spent the past slow week, retaking photos, editing, re-tagging items with new key works I had thought of etc. I was working on my new necklace and earrings polymer clay line today. I was doing all the things I had previously mentioned. Then to my delight when I was finished uploading my final pics, I discovered I had made a sale, an original art sale. It made me very happy. Art is so personal to the artist, so it's always an amazing compliment when someone wants to purchase a piece from me. I feel all my hard work is slowing starting to pay off.

This is a beautiful vintage upcycled navy blue ladies hand bag/purse. It has been hand painted with the design of 'Milly the Mouse.' The mouse is brown in color, with a light pink ear and nose. His little eye is blue. He is outlined in white to make him stand out.

The hand painted design is heat set, waterproof, and has been sealed for extra protection.

This vintage beauty is in excellent condition inside and out. It features 2 equal sized zip compartments on the bag, one towards the front, and one towards the back.
The strap handle of the bag is a fair size. It's best to wear over the shoulder. It could be worn cross body, but it won't hang long, it's more of a tight fit cross body.

Vintage Upcycled Navy Blue Ladies Hand Bag/Purse with a Hand Painted White Kitty Cat

This is a vintage upcycled ladies hand bag/purse with a hand painted white cat.

Design is hand painted, heat set, and waterproof and has been sealed for extra protection of the design.

The bag is a beautiful rich navy blue color. It has a gold clasp closure, and gold colored trim around the top of the bag. The handle is attached by 2 pretty gold circle rings. The handle is long, so this bag could be worn cross body or over shoulder. Inside the bag is also navy blue in color and it has a small zipper compartment, perfect for holding keys, lip balm or smaller items, so that they don't get lost in the bottom of your purse.

This is a vintage bag in very good condition. It has 2 minor light scratches on the front of the bag, that are not very noticeable at all, and do not distract from the beauty of the bag. On the back of the bag on the gold metal, are some small minor marks, again nothing that really distracts from the beauty of the bag. This bag is overall in excellent condition for it's age and it's pre-loved nature.

Upcycled Hand Painted Unicorn on a Black Mini Briefcase/Multi Ring Binder.

This is an upcycled leather mini briefcase/multi ring binder. It has 7 rings. The Unicorn design is hand painted, heat set and waterproof. It was been sealed to ensure protection of the design.

Inside the binder on the left hand side are 12 credit card/ID/Business card slots, and one clear plastic ID opening down the bottom, which you can use for your ID or business card display.
Under the credit card holder is an opening you can use for any loose papers or workings you have. The right side features the multi ring binder, and under it is a slot for storing papers also. On the back of the mini briefcase there is a pouch for additional items and there is also a pouch on the front with a pop/snap closure.
The handles of the mini briefcase extend and retract, this is the coolest thing about it, so you can use it more as a briefcase, or push the handles in and have it as a binder. The choice is yours

Also great to use for school or college for keeping all your important papers and homework neatly together. Or use it as a diary for storing all of your thoughts. How about a drawing book for artists to keep all of their designs in one place, or for doodling on the go.

So I updated the Buzzing Bee Suitcase/Luggage. I felt like it needed a little extra something, and that something was some color and an extra bee up top. Now I'm really happy with it, so I thought I'd share. Now I feel like I wanna' go on vacation somewhere nice. There is so much snow falling outside right now as I type this, but I do love the snow too.

I'm feeling pretty good today/this weekend, and things have been going quite well for me regarding my Etsy shop lately. I've made some sales of both my art work and my bags, which makes me really happy. I now have over 1000 followers on my Facebook fan page, and it's great connecting with everyone on there. Overall, I have just had some wonderful support, especially from fellow 'homemade' community peeps, and I just wanted to say 'Thank you. It really means the world to me.'
